Terms & Conditions

1. Restricted Items:
  • Hazardous Waste – The waste material to be collected and disposed of by Load Out shall not contain hazardous, toxic, or radioactive waste, municipal solid waste, asbestos, liquid waste, contaminated soil or drums and tanks, or any amount of waste listed or characterized as hazardous by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or any other applicable federal or state law or agency. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Load Out against any damages, fines, or penalties arising from transportation of the above material. Additional fees will be charged for removal and disposal of prohibited materials if discovered.

  • Appliances/Tires – Restrictions and fees will apply to appliances, refrigerators, freezers, mattresses, air conditioners, tires, and TVs.

  • Aggregate – We do not allow aggregate material, specifically dirt, concrete, and asphalt.

2. Equipment Responsibility/Liability:

Customer will be responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment (bins), other than normal wear and tear. Customer will be responsible for ensuring that legal loading equipment is used and will indemnify Load Out for any overweight fees, assessments, or charges of any type incurred while hauling on behalf of the customer. Load Out is not responsible for items put into rented dumpster by neighbors or other individuals while the customer has taken possession of the rental. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Load Out against all claims, penalties, suits, damages, and liabilities for injury or death to persons or loss or damage to property from Customer's use, operation, or possession of any equipment or material provided by Load Out.

3. Pavement Damage:

Although Load Out will take preventive measures to protect driveway surfaces, Customer agrees that Load Out will not be responsible for any damage to Customer’s pavement, asphalt, landscaping or curbs resulting from the weight of the vehicles servicing, picking up, or delivering equipment.

4. Box Limit:

DO NOT FILL ABOVE TOP OF THE DUMPSTER and do not put items sticking above the top of the box that may damage the transportation tarps. They also must be kept within DOT restrictions as to the gross weight of the box. There will be additional charges at a rate of $120/ton for any tonnage over the tonnage allowance on the rental. The tonnage allowance for a 14 yard dumpster is 1.5 ton and included in the original rental fee. Any and all fees, fines, and citations as a result of the customer's use will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Rental Usage:

You may be charged extra for delivery outside Wilson County, TN. Your rental period is fixed at the time of booking. Please contact Load Out by phone or email if you need us to pick up the dumpster early. Rates apply to each individual dumpster and for one-time use only. The rental ends as soon as you request a pickup, empty, or exchange. Should you require more dumpsters, this will be processed as a new billable service. We aim to keep our logistics simple and transparent for every customer throughout the process.

6. Servicing of Dumpster:

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that Load Out has clear and open access to the dumpster being serviced. If Load Out cannot pick up or service a dumpster called in by the customer due to any obstruction, there may be a $150 attempt fee. Obstructions can include vehicles/items placed in the way of the dumpster, overhead power lines or tree branches blocking dumpster placement, or limited maneuverability to safely service the dumpster. Dumpster must be placed on flat ground, asphalt, or gravel surfaces. Additional fees may apply if, upon arrival for delivery or pickup, the customer is not ready or access is delayed.

7. Permits:

Each municipality/town/city has its own regulations and permit requirements concerning placing dumpsters in the street, on private property, or in any other public right of way. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain and supply any necessary permits. Load Out is not responsible for obtaining permits.

8. Payment Authorization & Card-on-File Agreement:

Customer agrees to provide a valid credit or debit card to be kept on file by Load Out for the duration of the rental and any subsequent charges related to services rendered.

By signing this Agreement, Customer expressly authorizes Load Out to charge the card on file for:

  • Initial rental charges

  • Overweight charges ($120/ton over included tonnage)

  • Trip/attempt fees ($150 per occurrence)

  • Relocation (move bin to different area) fee ($75)

  • Disposal of restricted or prohibited materials

  • Contamination fees, hazardous material handling, or landfill surcharges

  • Damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear

  • Any additional fees, fines, or costs incurred by Load Out as a result of Customer’s use of the dumpster

Customer acknowledges and agrees that such charges may be processed after the completion of the rental period, once the dumpster contents have been inspected, weighed, and/or assessed by disposal facilities.

Customer further agrees that:

  • This authorization constitutes a card-on-file (COF) agreement and permits Load Out to initiate charges without additional prior notice for amounts due under this Agreement

  • Load Out may retain payment information in a secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processor

  • Customer will not dispute valid charges that are consistent with the terms of this Agreement

If payment is declined or disputed, Customer agrees to remain responsible for all outstanding balances, including any collection costs, legal fees, or administrative expenses incurred by Load Out.

9. Machine Packing Notice:

Load Out does not allow machine packing of dumpsters. Use of outside dumpster compacting service companies can result in damage fees, tonnage overage fees, or discontinued service.
